Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Social Media Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides tools to manage your Threads account, including publishing posts, viewing insights, managing replies and mentions, searching content, and discovering profiles. The App uses the official Threads API provided by Meta.

3. Account & Authentication

To use the App, you must authenticate with your Threads account through Meta's OAuth flow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The App does not store your Threads password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate Meta's Terms of Service or Threads Community Guidelines
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Use the App to spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to access other users' data through the App

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you create, publish, or delete through the App. The App is a tool that facilitates interaction with the Threads API on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI Mongolia LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, account suspension, or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice. You may stop using the App at any time by logging out and revoking access from your Threads account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
