Social Media Manager ("the App") is operated by AI Mongolia LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application to manage your Threads account.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the App, we access the following through the Threads API:

• Profile Information — Your Threads username, user ID, and biography
• Posts & Content — Your published threads and media
• Replies & Mentions — Replies to your threads and mentions of your account
• Insights — Analytics data such as views, likes, and follower counts
• Search Results — Content returned from keyword searches you perform

3. How We Use Your Information

• Display your profile and content within the App dashboard
• Enable you to create, publish, and delete posts
• Show analytics and insights for your account
• Allow you to manage replies and mentions
• Perform keyword searches on your behalf

4. Data Storage & Security

We store your access token in an encrypted, HTTP-only session cookie. We do not store your Threads data in any database. All data is fetched in real-time from the Threads API and displayed only to you during your session.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. Your information is only used within the App to provide the services described above.

6. Data Deletion

You can revoke access at any time by logging out or removing the App from your Threads account settings. Upon logout, your session cookie is destroyed. Since we do not store your data in a database, no further deletion is needed.
